Our Micro-Mentoring Program is designed to provide a focused and impactful experience over a structured 6-week timeline. This approach ensures that both mentors and mentees can concentrate on specific skills and projects with clear milestones and support.

  • Week 1: Initial E-Meeting
    Kick off your mentoring journey with a 1:1 virtual meeting to establish a strong connection with your mentor/mentee. During this session, you'll discuss goals, complete the initial worksheet, and the mentor will share recommendations for at least 3 valuable resources such as books, websites, or experts to follow.
  • Week 3: Mid-Program Touchpoint
    Connect with your mentor/mentee to review progress and tackle any challenges. This touchpoint helps keep the momentum going and ensures that you're on track to achieve your objectives.
  • Week 6: Final Touchpoint

  • 30-Day Matching Process:
    After registration and payment, you'll be matched with a mentor or mentee within 30 days. Our team carefully selects pairings to ensure a productive and supportive mentoring relationship.
